Jasper Kwoh's practice includes patent application preparation and prosecution in the electrical arts.
Jasper has conducted inventor interviews, responded to domestic and foreign Office Actions overcoming statutory and art rejections, prepared appeals briefs, petitioned the Commissioner to revive abandoned applications, and performed patentability searches for patent applications.
Prior to joining Vista IP Law Group, Jasper was a registered patent attorney with the law firm of Bingham McCutchen. Jasper has also worked as both a law clerk and a patent examiner for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Jasper is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
