David C. Lundmark
David Lundmark is a partner in the Saratoga office of Vista IP Law Group. Prior to joining Vista, he spent nearly 6 years with Hansen Medical, Inc. (NASDAQ: HNSN) as vice president of intellectual property and legal affairs. Prior to joining Hansen Medical, Mr. Lundmark was a patent and corporate finance attorney at Morrison and Foerster LLP, a major international law firm, and subsequently senior vice president and general counsel with The WorkCard Company, Inc., which was acquired by Adecco SA (NYSE: ADO) in 2002. He also was senior patent counsel with Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC) prior to his tenure with Hansen Medical. Mr. Lundmark is a member of the California Bar, the Federal Patent Bar, the American Intellectual Property Law Association and is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark office. Lundmark holds degrees in engineering, management and law from the University of California at Davis.
