Dr. Mak is contributing part-time as a patent specialist at the Vista IP Law Group. Her areas of expertise include electrochemical deposition, electroless deposition, localized corrosion, batteries and alternative energy technologies, as well as silicon materials and processing for semiconductors, MEMS, and optoelectronics manufacturing.
Dr. Mak has held various technical to senior management positions in her career. Previously, she has worked at IBM T. J. Watson Research Center, Bell Laboratories (of AT&T and then of Lucent Technologies), and AKT, an Applied Materials company.
